As Founder and CEO, Jim brings over 40 years of systems integration and support experience to the table. He began working in the Parking and Revenue Control, and Time and Attendance Industries in a Family owned and operated business, where he ultimately became owner and CEO. For the next 20 years, Mr. Stofer worked in Corporate America. Over the course of his career, he has held management and executive positions with several national integrators. Jim’s earlier experience includes positions of responsibility in technical service, installation, sales and marketing. Jim has assisted manufacturers, dealers, and customers alike as a consultant, designer, manager, partner and problem solver. Jim is a hands-on owner, involved in every facet of the business, and is relentlessly focused on long term Customer satisfaction.
Paul has been with JS&A Control Systems since 2019 as our Business Development Manager. Paul has a history in public service through Military, Law Enforcement, and Fire-Rescue. Paul has been a firefighter and paramedic since 2010, and is still active today in the fire service. Along with our business development and administrative roles, Paul provides sales, support, and installation for several JS&A solutions. Paul specializes in Crisis Alerting and Campus Safety solutions, security and camera surveillance systems, fire alarm systems, access control, electric vehicle charging, and intrusion systems.
